There’s Always an Excuse, Except, not This Time

I know that going on vacation can wreak havoc on your workouts, but it doesn’t have to. If you get something in place before you go, then you can fit in a workout anywhere. The exercise below is something that will work on the road, and you can complete it in as little as 20 minutes if you are just trying to fit in something quick. Or, you can push yourself and do a full workout all in the privacy of your hotel room. 

No Excuses Workout

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 25 Butt Kickers
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 30-Second Plank
  • 30-Second Superman
  • 40 High Knees
  • 30-Second Wall-Sit
  • 20 Triceps Dips
  • 30 Bicycle Sit-Ups
  • 30 Scissor Kicks
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Burpees
  • 30 Russian Twists
  • 30 Bird Dogs

Now, you can also incorporate some cardio by jogging in place or if there are stairs available to run that could mix things up a bit. But, if you do this workout, all the way through, you will get a full-body experience. However, if you are looking for an intense workout, you might do multiple rounds or as many rounds as possible for a set period of time. Any way you do this routine, I think you will enjoy having something you can do even if you are away from home or a gym, I know I did.
